The Anti-Fragility Clause

Do not join if you have a fragile ego or expect to be babied. You will receive direct, unfiltered code reviews. If your code is garbage, we will tell you it is garbage, why it is garbage, and how to fix it.

Example Feedback: "This implementation is inefficient and will bottleneck at scale. Tear down lines 40-85 and rewrite using [Design Pattern]. Read the docs."

Public Accountability: All results, PRs, and critical feedback are posted publicly within the cohort. If you cannot handle public critique, do not apply.

> 30-Day Execution Roadmap

Phase 1: Pre-Flight (Feb 26 - Feb 28)

  • T-Minus 3 Days: Payment deadline.
  • T-Minus 2 Days: Onboarding triggered. Candidates join the workspace.
  • T-Minus 1 Day: Introductions & Intent (Name, role, exact objective, LinkedIn URL).
  • Task 0: Select 1 project from the 5 predefined options. Hard lock.

Phase 2: Sprint 1 - Architecture & Foundation (Weeks 1 & 2)

  • Day 1 (March 1): Repository branching, environment setup, initial docs read.
  • Daily: 2 hours minimum (Consume, Execute, Document).
  • End of Week 2: First major PR merged. Core functionality must be live.

Phase 3: Sprint 2 - Refinement & Deployment (Weeks 3 & 4)

  • Daily: Resolving merge conflicts, peer programming, optimizing.
  • Day 28: Hard deadline for code freeze.
  • Day 29-30: Resume audit & "Publication Pipeline" drafting (detailing the engineering journey, problem solved, and technical debt navigated).
